About

Are you feeling anxious, stuck in self-doubt, or finding it hard to cope with relationships, daily pressures, and cycles that keep repeating? You don’t have to go through this alone.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, low self-worth, or feeling emotionally distant from the people in your life, our work together can help you understand the patterns that keep showing up in your life and move toward meaningful change.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you, it’s about understanding the experiences and emotions that have shaped how you move through the world and finding new ways to meet them with compassion and curiosity. I offer a safe space grounded in warmth, collaboration, and empowerment, where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

I combine Psychodynamic Therapy to explore patterns shaped by your past, Attachment-Based Therapy to nurture more secure relationships with yourself and others, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to foster emotional awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand and harmonize different parts of yourself, and somatic and mindfulness practices to deepen the connection between your mind and body.

My experience as a crisis counsellor and volunteer supporting individuals with eating disorders has shown me how transformative genuine connection and emotional support can be when life feels overwhelming, isolating, or hard to navigate. These experiences continue to shape how I show up in the therapy room, with empathy, respect, and a deep-rooted belief that you deserve to feel seen and understood.

I believe that you get to write your own path forward, even when the way feels uncertain. Together, we’ll explore what it means to find your voice, embrace who you are, and step fully into your story with confidence and compassion.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy the little things that make life feel meaningful, such as baking something sweet, walking in nature, or sharing a meal with loved ones.

Taking that first step can be hard, and I’m here to make it as comfortable as possible. I offer a free 15-20 minute consultation to connect and explore what support could look like for you.
