About

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in self-doubt, or trying to find clarity as you navigate life transitions, relationship struggles, identity exploration, or the impact of past trauma?

Hi, I’m Andie — a therapist who believes that healing begins when you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. I am dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Healing is a deeply personal journey, and I am committed to providing support that honors your unique story, background, and identity.

My experience as a crisis counsellor and volunteer supporting individuals with eating disorders has shown me the power of genuine connection and emotional support when life becomes painful, overwhelming, and hard to navigate alone. This has taught me the importance of creating a space where you feel comfortable to explore your inner self, discover what truly matters to you, and begin the journey toward self-acceptance and self-love. Together, we will create goals that align with your needs and the life you want to create so that you feel empowered to begin healing, make meaningful changes, and work through challenges with greater ease.

My approach is grounded in respect, collaboration, authenticity, empathy, and empowerment, allowing you to pave your own path while offering support and practical strategies along the way. In my practice, I take an integrative approach, drawing upon Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to foster emotional awareness and healing, Psychodynamic Therapy to explore inner patterns shaped by past experiences, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to highlight your strengths and support practical steps toward change, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to develop mindfulness and resilience.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me baking something sweet, flowing through a yoga class, or sharing delicious food with loved ones. I deeply value connection, balance, and slowing down because I believe those things matter just as much as the work we do in session.

Taking that first step can be hard, and I’m here to make it as comfortable as possible. I offer a free 15-20 minute consultation to connect and explore what support could look like for you.
