Telus eClaims is an online service that allows healthcare providers, like Your Story Counselling, to submit insurance claims directly to your insurance provider on your behalf. This means you don’t have to pay the full cost upfront and wait for reimbursement; instead, your insurance provider covers the eligible portion of your session fees instantly.

How Does Direct Billing Work?
Direct billing through Telus eClaims follows these simple steps:
Confirm Coverage – Before your session, check with your insurance provider to see if they allow direct billing and determine your coverage details.
Provide Your Insurance Details – Share your insurance information with us, including your policy and member ID.
We Submit the Claim – After your session, we electronically submit the claim to your insurance provider through Telus eClaims.
Instant Processing – The insurance provider processes the claim immediately. If approved, they cover the eligible portion directly, and you only pay the remaining balance, if applicable.

Judy is also one of three 2024 RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards Micro-Business Finalists and will represent the Central Canadian Region (Ontario & Montreal) for this honour.
